Models are showing a potential storm riding up the East Coast during the middle of the week. The exact track of the system and temperature profile of the atmosphere will determine who gets what. Take a deep breath...we can wait a day or two for the models to get a better handle on it.

I've already seen this reported on the local weather blogs in Baltimore. The last I saw it looked like it would mostly hang offshore, but a difference of ~75 miles could turn it into a couple of inches of rain—or, based on the temperatures predicted, a wintry mix—over I-95 on the busiest traffic day of the year. And if it cools down more than expected...
