Tonight's debut of Sharknado II: The Second One is a follow-up to last summer's surprise hit featuring a climate change-induced tornado sweeping up shivers of sharks and siccing them on unsuspecting residents of Los Angeles. Tonight's sharknado has its sights set on New York. What should the sharknado(es) destroy?

As buzz grows in anticipation of Syfy's airing of Sharknado II: The Second One tonight at 9PM Eastern, I figure this is a natural conversation to have before watching the movie. I haven't been to New York since I was five years old, so I don't know enough about the city to wish a gruesome fish death upon any particular area.

Some regular readers of The Vane have strange, unhinged breakdowns whenever I mention the weather in NYC, so I figure this is a perfect chance for those folks to explain how and why some parts of the Big Apple are unworthy of continuing to exist shark-free.

Which parts of New York should get chomped up, and why?
