The first movie was good. The second movie was a wonderful, meta-filled nod to the first movie. The third movie is too much. Sharknado is too self-aware for its own good. It’s time to kill the Sharknado.

Netflix just added Syfy's Sharknado 2 to their movie lineup. It was a terrible movie that was terrible on purpose, and it was glorious. The cable network is releasing Sharknado 3 next July, this time destroying Washington D.C. and Orlando with its teethy rage.

"Loan Sharknado" Is the Most Cringeworthy Political Ad This Year

The Michigan Republican Party is now the proud owner of the worst weather-themed political ad ever created. The party released a painfully cheesy thirty-second spot last week calling the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate a "loan sharknado." It's so bad that it's uncomfortable to watch.

Sharknado 2 Was Glorious

Sharknado 2 was light-years better than its predecessor. Delivering in every key area from the leveled-up CGI effects to the laundry list of celebrity cameos, the sequel to last summer's surprise cult classic was perfection.

A Sharknado Will Happen Someday

Tara Reid recently said in an interview that a sharknado really could happen. Contrary to all you sharknado truthers making fun of Reid, I agree with her assessment. The real question is to figure out where a sharknado is most likely to occur. Let's take a look at the science.
